Micro Manual Inflator

Our latest lightweight Micro Manual lifejacket inflator is a very small, strong, lightweight product used in both commercial and leisure applications, benefitting from trouble free maintenance. The unit is manually activated with the minimum pull force required to initiate jacket inflation.

Specification

Standard Pull Cord Length 160mm.

Other Pull Cord lengths are available at an extra cost.

Our Inflators are available with either ‘D’ or ‘O’ manifold fixing attachments.

Product description

Launched in 2017 the Micro Manual lifejacket inflator replaces the Compact Mini Manual Inflator. Being 6mm shorter and 15 grams lighter this new smaller, lightweight product is used in both commercial and leisure applications.

The unit is manually activated to initiate lifejacket inflation.

This inflator will not activate on contact with water and the user is required to activate this inflator by pulling firmly on the yellow pull toggle to inflate the life jacket.

The product is approved in accordance with the ISO12402 Part 7 standard requirement for lifejackets.

The units are available on demand, with re-charge kits being stocked by most distributors of marine products’ Note: – UML only supply to trade customers.

Micro Manual Rearm Instructions

The indication on the Micro Manual Inflator manual only activated inflator allows the user to establish if the system has been fired. This inflator does not indicate if a pierced CO2 cylinder is accidentally refitted to the inflator during the servicing procedure.

The CO2 cylinder must be checked each time you don your lifejacket to ensure it is not pierced and it is tightly screwed in by hand.
